@ CPO26 must address four goals
The well formulated goals should not prevent to work hard for the best possible understanding of the entire picture. For example, the COP 24, in Katowice/Poland, December 2018, attended by around 30 000 delegates, missed to address historical meteorological events, important to understand climate changes during the last 100 years that were possibly anthropogenic enhanced. One case is “Europe in Ice-Age - January 1940 – Why?”, which happened a short distance away from Katowice in January 1940. More at:
