You know, there is the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) from 1992, which means this institution is responsible for the text. Although the convention has a table of definitions it fails to offer a reasonable definition on the important meaning of the word: CLIMATE. Now an international climate tribunal should be established by the United Nations. It will achieve nothing. First of all it is necessary to define clearly what the term CLIMATE means. Politic and science which use terms, but are unable to define the terms in a reasonable, understandable and workable manner can hardly claim that they understand what they are talking about.
